Punchlist Manager.NET™ is easy to use

Homeowners submit claims to Punchlist Manager.NET™, which are automatically forwarded to the Builders Punchlist Manager Portal. Customer service representatives can then review claims and schedule coordinators to review with homeowners or schedule repairs with vendors. Trades can log into Punchlist Manager.NET™ and print service work orders, see when they are scheduled to do work, and report back once the work is completed. Completed tickets can then be confirmed with the Builders’ customer service manager and the homeowner before closing. Field personnel can act as a remote customer service representative reviewing and reporting on information anywhere they have web access. Homeowners can log in and see open, closed, and pending work orders and claims. They can also review frequently asked questions, homeowner manuals and builder contact information.
