Punchlist Manager.NET™ sets up a connection between your existing sales, accounting, or job-costing system and your Punchlist Manager.NET™ database. All vendors, categories, communities, homes, homeowners, plan information and installed options can be pulled to Punchlist Manager.NET™ from your existing application and synchronized with the data entered into Punchlist Manager.NET™. You control what data (and even which records) are synchronized with Punchlist Manager.NET™, and how often.

The Punchlist Manager.NET™ Synchronization application eliminates time and human error by synchronizing common fields and data used through your enterprise. As new information is entered in your existing systems, such as homes, buyers and close dates, this information is updated into your Punchlist Manager.NET™ Warranty system to allow your team to focus on customer service instead of spending their time doing data entry.

Business Process Flow:

Here's how it works. We create a link to between your Accounting/Sales System Database through ODBC that allows data to be passed from your Accounting/Sales system to Punchlist Manager.NET™ Once a day, changes to your Vendors, Categories, Communities, Homes, Buyers, Plans, and Options are sent to our Secure Data Center. The Punchlist Manager.NET™ Synchronization application updates all changes (New records and changes to existing records) during the night and all of the information is ready for your team in the morning.

We have been able to synchronize with many custom applications and other ODBC-compliant applications. Typically, if we can have access to your data, we can provide some level of synchronization.
